Help AGE of Central Texas prepare for the We Thrive Gala, an evening celebrating their mission and raising critical support for older adults and family caregivers. Volunteers will help transform the event space a prepare a warm, welcoming experience for event guests. Tasks may include setting tables, arranging centerpieces, preparing check-in areas, placing guest materials and signage, organizing supplies, and completing other light set-up tasks.

Activity Requirements

• This activity is for ages 16 and up.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
• Tasks may involve standing, walking, bending, and carrying light event materials.
• Final parking, entrance, and check-in details will be shared before the event.
• This activity is a part of our Family Volunteering program and designed to be a family experience. At least two family members, including at least one adult, are required to work alongside each other for these activities and experience volunteerism together. Child drop-off is not allowed for this activity.
