The Neill-Cochran House Museum is hosting a special event to celebrate Austin Museum Day. Volunteers will help with setting up and other tasks that will help run the event. There will be live music, games, local vendors, and free tours.

Activity Requirements

• This activity is for ages 12 & up only.
• This activity is a part of our Family Volunteering program and designed to be a family experience. At least two family members, including at least one adult, are required to work alongside each other for these activities and experience volunteerism together. Child drop-off is not allowed for this activity.

More About Our Partner

The Neill-Cochran House Museum stewards one of the city's oldest residences (1856), including Austin's only intact slave quarters. The museum shares their house, Austin history, and Texas history from the city's birth in 1839 up to 1930 through historically furnished spaces as well as numerous rotating art and history exhibitions.
