Help the animals at the Austin Pets Alive! by picking up laundry to wash at home or in a laundry mat and returning it to Austin Pets Alive! at your convenience within one week. Specific instructions will be provided by our activity leader who will meet you there for laundry pick up.

Activity Requirements

• This activity is for ages 12 and up only.
• This activity requires volunteers to pick up one bag of laundry in the first fifteen minutes of this shift and to wash and return the laundry within one week. Volunteers must arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time in order to receive volunteer credit.
• Participants must provide a washer, dryer and laundry detergent.
• This activity is a part of our Family Volunteering program and designed to be a family experience. At least two family members, including at least one adult, are required to work alongside each other for these activities and experience volunteerism together. Child drop-off is not allowed for this activity.
