Join us in supporting SAIVA’s community garden, where seniors and youth volunteers come together to cultivate plants and meaningful connections. Volunteers will assist with gardening tasks while fostering intergenerational bonds in a welcoming environment.

Activity Requirements

• This activity is great for all ages.
• After you complete your RSVP here on our calendar, you will also need to register with SAIVA. The link will be included in your RSVP confirmation email after you sign up on our calendar.
• Please wear closed toe shoes and and dress appropriately for the weather.
• Please bring a water bottle and wear sunscreen.
• Bring gardening gloves and shovels if you have any to use.
• This activity is a part of our Family Volunteering program and designed to be a family experience. At least two family members, including at least one adult, are required to work alongside each other for these activities and experience volunteerism together. Child drop-off is not allowed for this activity.
